01Zamawianie i ceny
Jak działa freshly?
Piszesz, czego potrzebujesz, dostajesz wycenę i termin, a my robimy stronę pod Twoją markę. My pilnujemy hostingu, bezpieczeństwa i aktualizacji w ramach licencji.
Czy hostujecie strony?
Tak.
02Panel i konto
Kolejne strony dodajesz z listy stron w lewym górnym rogu.
Możesz dać komuś samą administrację albo same rankingi, bez wpuszczania go w domenę.
Ekipę, rankingi i wygląd maili zmieniasz w zakładkach dodatków. Produkty, ceny, vouchery, ogłoszenia i cel miesięczny ustawiasz w VIshopie albo Shopify, a strona podnosi je sama. Do nas piszesz wtedy, gdy chcesz zmienić sam układ strony, dorzucić nową sekcję albo coś nie działa.
Jak przekazać stronę innej osobie?
W Przeglądzie, w karcie „Przekazanie strony", klikasz „Przekaż stronę" i dostajesz kod przekazania. Nowy właściciel wpisuje go w „Aktywuj stronę" na swoim koncie i przejmuje stronę. Ty tracisz do niej dostęp, a przypisani pracownicy zostają usunięci, więc nowy właściciel zaczyna z czystą listą. Licencja i dodatki przechodzą razem ze stroną.
03Licencja i domena
Potem w panelu dodajesz ranking: nagłówek, tryb serwera, liczbę miejsc i dwa placeholdery — jeden z nickiem, drugi z wynikiem. Wklejasz je z pierwszego miejsca, a numer pozycji podmieniamy sami, więc działa to z AJLeaderboards, LeaderHeads i z własnymi placeholderami. Wtyczka wysyła wyniki co kilka minut.
Kto obsługuje płatności klientów i gdzie trafiają pieniądze?
Płatności, produkty i vouchery obsługuje Twój sklep — VIshop przy serwerach Minecraft albo Shopify przy sklepach internetowych. To tam trafiają pieniądze i tam ustawiasz ofertę.
Szczegóły znajdziesz w regulaminie, w paragrafach o zgodach i odstąpieniu.

Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before ordering and while we work together. Did not find your question? Write to support@freshly.cc or drop by our Discord — we reply within a day.
01Ordering and prices
How does freshly work?
You tell us what you need, get a quote and a date, and we build a site for your brand. You assign the finished site to your account with an activation code, and from then on everything visitors see you change yourself in the panel. We take care of hosting, security and updates as part of the licence.
Do you host the sites?
Yes. Every site runs with us on Cloudflare, as part of the licence. You do not need your own server or hosting. You get an SSL certificate, DDoS protection and your own domain connected from day one, at no extra cost.
Is my data safe?
We keep passwords as an irreversible argon2id hash, and e-mail and IP addresses are stored in the database encrypted. You confirm signing in from a new device with a five-digit code from an e-mail, and if someone signs in to your account from a new place, you get a message about it. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I order a site?
There are three ways and they all work the same: the form on the home page, a message to support@freshly.cc or Discord. Tell us what you need — what server or what company, which add-ons, whether you already have a shop on VIshop or Shopify. We reply with a quote and a date, agreed individually, because every site has a different scope. Once you accept, we get to work and hand over the finished site together with an activation code for the panel.
Do you only make shops for Minecraft servers?
No. We do three things: shops for Minecraft servers on VIshop, regular online shops on Shopify and company sites — business cards, portfolios and information sites without sales. The panel looks the same in every case; only the tabs that make sense to turn on differ.
How much does a site cost and what exactly do I pay for?
You pay for two things. The first is the site build: the quote is individual and starts at 100 PLN one-off. The second is the licence, meaning access to our panel and API that the site runs on, together with hosting, the certificate and fixes. The first 30 days of the licence are included in the price of the site, and then you choose a period: 29.99 PLN for 30 days, 69.99 PLN for 90 days or 239.99 PLN for 365 days. We give the final amount before work starts and nothing is added to it later.
How long does building a site take?
We set the date when you place the order and give it together with the quote, because it depends on the scope and on how many orders we have that week. It runs from the moment we have the payment and all materials from you: logo, colours, access to the shop. If anything were to shift, we tell you straight away and give a new date.
Do I have to be 18?
No. Most servers are run by people who are not yet eighteen, and we work with such clients as normal. The site, the panel and the licence work the same whatever your age. We ask for just one thing: if you are a minor, pay with the consent of a parent or guardian, because they are responsible for spending from your account. We agree everything else directly with you.
02Panel and account
What is an activation code and what is it for?
It is a one-time code you get from us once the site is finished. Until you use it, the panel only shows the activation screen. You sign in, click “Activate site” and paste the code. From then on the site belongs to your account: you see its settings, add-ons and statistics. The code works once, so after activation nobody else can claim your site.
How do I sign in to the panel?
Your account is your e-mail address. You enter it together with your password and tick acceptance of the terms and privacy policy, and when you sign in from a new place you get a five-digit code at that address, which you type into five boxes. In the account settings you can have the code sent at every sign-in, even from a known device. If someone tries to sign in from a place that has not appeared on your account before, you get an e-mail with the IP address and the time of the attempt.
Can one account handle several sites?
Yes. One account handles any number of sites, and you switch between them with the list at the top of the panel menu. Each has its own settings, its own licence and its own staff. Statistics and add-ons are separate too, so nothing gets mixed up.
How do I add a staff member to the panel?
In the “Staff” tab you add a person by e-mail address and tick which tabs they can see, including the licence and payments. You can give someone only administration or only rankings, without letting them into the domain. Access starts working once that person signs in to the account with that address, and you can revoke it at any time.
What do I change myself in the panel and what do you do?
You change everything a visitor sees yourself. Texts, links, trailer, map, terms and FAQ are set in the “Settings” tab, which is a single file of name: value pairs where every line has an explanation, and the panel shows below what is wrong. You change the team, rankings and the look of emails in the add-on tabs. Products, prices, vouchers, announcements and the monthly goal are set in VIshop or Shopify, and the site picks them up on its own. You write to us when you want to change the layout of the site, add a new section or something does not work.
How do I hand a site over to someone else?
In Overview, in the “Hand over the site” card, click “Hand over” and you get a hand-over code. The new owner enters it in “Activate site” on their account and takes over the site. You lose access to it, and the assigned staff are removed, so the new owner starts with a clean list. The licence and add-ons move together with the site.
03Licence and domain
What happens if I do not extend the licence?
The first 30 days of the licence are included in the price of the site. After that you extend it in the panel, in the “Licence” tab, for 30, 90 or 365 days — the longer, the cheaper per month. We remind you by e-mail a week before the end of the period. If the payment does not arrive on time, the site is suspended: visitors see an information screen instead of the shop. All settings, texts and add-ons stay intact, and once the payment is booked the site comes back at once, without uploading anything again.
Does a suspension take away my paid days?
No. When we suspend a site for a reason other than non-payment, the licence clock stops. If the site was suspended for a week, after it comes back you have exactly as many days as you had before the suspension. You do not pay for the time when the site was not working anyway.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes, and that is what we usually do. In the “Domain” tab you enter the address, and at your registrar you add one CNAME record pointing to strony.freshly.cc. The panel shows it with the value ready to copy and checks on its own whether the record already works. DNS changes usually take a dozen or so minutes to spread. The SSL certificate is set up automatically, at no extra cost.
What do I do if the site stops working?
Write on Discord or to support@freshly.cc at any time. We fix failures and bugs as part of the licence, at no extra cost. The site runs on Cloudflare, so neither an attack nor a sudden crowd of visitors will bring it down, and if something went wrong on the side of VIshop, Shopify or e-mail, we will tell you plainly where the problem is and what we are doing about it.
04Add-ons
What add-ons can a site have?
There are four: Administration (the server team with skin heads and a rank in colour or as pixel art), Rankings (leaderboards straight from the server through our plugin), Emails (your own look of messages after a purchase and after a voucher, edited right in the preview) and Newsletter (mailing to shop customers). We agree add-ons when quoting and switch them on on our side, and each one appears in the panel as a new tab. The trailer and map are not add-ons: they are two lines in Settings, available on every site.
What do I need on the server for Rankings to work?
You upload the FreshlyTopki plugin, which you download in the “Rankings” tab, and enter the site code and the token from the panel in its configuration. Then in the panel you add a ranking: a heading, the server mode, the number of places and two placeholders — one with the nickname, the other with the score. You paste them from first place, and we swap the position number ourselves, so it works with AJLeaderboards, LeaderHeads and your own placeholders. The plugin sends results every few minutes.
Who handles customer payments and where does the money go?
Payments, products and vouchers are handled by your shop — VIshop for Minecraft servers or Shopify for online shops. That is where the money goes and where you set up the offer. Our site is an overlay: it shows products, guides the buyer through the purchase and sends them a message after payment. We do not act as an intermediary in transfers and have no access to your funds.
Why the Premium plan on VIshop?
Only the Premium plan gives access to the shop API, and without it the site has nowhere to get products, prices, vouchers, announcements or the monthly goal from. That is VIshop's requirement, not ours. You buy the plan on your VIshop account and keep it for as long as the site is meant to show the shop. For shops on Shopify it works the same way — an active Shopify plan is needed.
05Working together
Will I get the site files to own?
Not as standard. You pay for a finished site and a licence to our panel and API, not for the files. If you want the code, tell us before ordering: we agree it individually and price it separately, because the site then stops using our infrastructure.
What happens to my data when we stop working together?
Suspending a site deletes nothing: texts, team, rankings and settings stay and wait for it to be resumed. If you want to end the cooperation for good, write to us and we will delete the site data together with the account. Newsletter addresses are removed too, because they belong to your shop, not to us.
Can I withdraw from an order and get my money back?
The service is digital and made to order, and before starting we ask for an express request to begin before the 14 days have passed. Once the site is finished, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. The same goes for a started licence period. You will find the details in the terms, in the sections on consents and withdrawal.
Did not find the answer? Write to support@freshly.cc, fill in the quote form or drop by our Discord. We get back to you within a day at the latest.
